Returns
We have a 10-day return policy, which means you have 10 days after your item
delivery date to request a return. After you receive approval of your return request by
us, we will issue a return label and you will have 5 days to take it to the mail service.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received
it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need
the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, you can contact us at [email protected]. Shipping for
returns will be deducted from your refund of the item. Upon approval of your return
request, we will email a trackable shipping label that must be used to return the item.

We recommend using strong packing tape to adhere our return label and covering the
barcode and address with clear packing tape to ensure the shipping label is not
damaged. We are not responsible for any loss or damage to parcels returned to us.

Any returns sent back without prior confirmation/approval will not be accepted.Â

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
- Refunds are not accepted on sale items.
- Orders may be cancelable in some cases before shipping. Please contact us in a timely manner and we will try to cancel your order. We however cannot guarantee cancellation.
