Refund Policy
Returns
We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, you can contact us at orders@paperdollsbyeve.com. Customer must cover return shipping costs. We recommend using a traceable delivery method for all returns to ensure your package is safely returned to us. We are not responsible for any loss or damage to parcels returned to us.
Please note: Returns will need to be sent to our address in Dallas, TX. Please email orders@paperdollsbyeve.com to start the process.
Any returns sent back without confirmation/approval will not be accepted.

Exchanges
Unfortunately, we are currently unable to process exchanges. You may return the item to us and place a new order to receive the item of your choice. For unique situations, please contact us at orders@paperdollsbyeve.com.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
- Refunds are not accepted on sale items.
- Orders may be cancelable in some cases before shipping. Please contact us in a timely manner and we will try to cancel your order. We however cannot guarantee cancellation.
